Complaints Procedure

Not satisfied with a product or our service? We take your complaint seriously and aim for a quick resolution.

At pick-up: Inspect your order on the spot. Visible defects can be reported immediately at our pickup point.

After pick-up: Send your complaint within 14 days to comercial@avanzanova.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if applicable.

Our response: You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days. We will respond substantively within 14 business days.

Resolution: If the complaint is justified, we offer replacement of the product (subject to availability) or a full or partial refund.
